What is the rarest Cat in Battle Cats? ›

Nekoluga is an Uber Rare Cat that was introduced in Version 2.0 and can be unlocked by playing the Rare Cat Capsule during the Tales of the Nekoluga event. True Form added in Version 5.0 greatly increases his attack power and gives him the ability to freeze any non-Metal enemy.

Cat Units are sorted into six different rarities: Normal, Special, Rare, Super Rare, Uber Super Rare and Legend Rare. Rarer cats tend to be more powerful, but also cost more to deploy and recharge slower. There are also three sub-rarities: Legend (Special), Li'l (Special) and Crazed (Super Rare).

The Step Up blitz process guarantees the player an Uber Rare Cat if the increasing draw is taken 3 times successively, within the event frame (2,000,000 XP is also offered).

The Rare equivalent of Lesser Demon Cat, Kung Fu Cat X has destructive attack power at the cost of having single-target attacks. He is most useful against powerful, tanky enemies like THE SLOTH, Nyandam variants, or the Crazed Cats, provided he is backed up by support that can eliminate peons in his way.

Zeus is basically a stronger Bahamut Cat, with better attack speed, health and range, most notably, but nothing too unique. His resistance almost never comes into play, but it does make him a lot more effective against Sunfish Jones, Clionel, St. Dober and few other threatening foes.

Strategy/Usage. Prior to her True Form, Dom Cat is almost useless due to her very low DPS. She can still be used effectively in Empire of Cats, where she is first made available, but there's still no incentive to purchase her as other units get the job done more effectively.

Driller Cat is a high-risk, high-reward unit. He has fantastic range for a Super Rare Cat, and with a 90% weaken, even the likes of Master A., R. Ost and H. Nah will become almost harmless!

Titan Cat has high health and attack power, as well as moderate attack speed. Use him to tank for long-ranged cats like Gross Cat, UFO Cat and Dragon Cat, or to break past groups of enemies.

Is Axe Cat good? ›

Even so, Axe Cat can be used as a damage dealing meatshield like Cat or Tank Cat where money generation is no problem. However, the higher cost combined with low health make Axe Cat a poor choice, even against Red enemies. The misery for Axe Cat only continues when stronger attackers like Crazed Axe Cat are unlocked.

Super Rare Cats (激レアキャラ) are a type of Cat Unit. Most of them can be unlocked by playing the Rare Cat Capsule (some of them appearing only in specific pools) while others are item drops from special stages.

A tier: Ultra souls and almighties are easily the best non-fest banners in the game. I put ultra souls above almighties just because i personally prefer them, but these two are basically tied.
